Annual Shareholder Meeting
Prineville Bancorporation will hold our Annual Shareholder Meeting on Monday April 21, 2008 at our Prineville Branch (555 NW 3rd St). The meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. All Shareholders are invited to attend. The meeting has the following purposes:
1) To elect three directors to the Board of Directors;
2) To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting of shareholders or any adjournments thereof.
Proxy materials, the 2007 Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements are being mailed to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2008.
